Damn Entertaining – you should have been there!
This gig was many things rolled in to one – an entertaining show, an almost male revue show, a comical jest filled evening, and a range from bluegrass to ‘bent’ bluegrass and even ‘new’grass music.
It wasn’t quite the full monty, and there are some that are relieved about that but Jim Golding (banjo, vocals), Doug Wallace (guitar, dobro, vocals), Angus Golding (double bass, vocals) and Bruce Packard (mandolin, vocals) did a fantastic job of ‘mixing it up’ and entertaining the audience at the Penguin Club…..
